Sadiq Jangda
President
Sadiq Jangda, the President of Jacqueline Construction, founded the company at the young age of 27, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business from UTD. With a passion for heavy equipment and the process of watching things being built from the ground up, Sadiq has been a driving force in every stage of the company’s growth. He started with digging trenches by hand to now, supervising a team with over 75 employees between its two divisions. He has built a team of skilled industry professionals who work together to deliver top-notch customer service and quality. During his leisure time, Sadiq enjoys spending quality time outdoors with his wife and three sons.
Jose Torres
Vice President
Meet Jose Torres, our Senior Project Manager and Vice President who co-founded our company with Sadiq. With over 25 years of experience in the drilling industry, Jose is a dedicated worker who strives to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. He constantly explores new ways to enhance safety and quality for future projects. With his exceptional skills and knowledge, he guarantees that all projects are executed flawlessly and efficiently. When he’s not at the office, Jose enjoys spending quality time with his lovely wife and four daughters.

Ramon Ramirez, is a highly motivated and personable business professional with over a decade of experience in the drilling industry. As a Project Manager, Ramon is known for his exceptional ability to break down projects into tasks, oversee progress, set deadlines, and solve any issues that arise. He also evaluates project performance upon completion and has an eye for detail to ensure that project performance meets or exceeds expectations. Outside of work, Ramon enjoys fishing and watching his four children participate in sports and band performances at their schools.

Kim Parks, our Admin Director, has over 30 years of experience in Administration and Sales and has 5+ years in the drilling industry. She is responsible for overseeing daily operations and supports all department heads to ensure results-oriented communication from the field to the back office. In her free time, she enjoys going to motorcycle races and spending time at the farm with her family.
Sam Lee
Safety Coordinator
Meet Sam Lee, our Safety Coordinator, who provides expertise through his twelve years of training in horizontal construction while in the United States Army. Sam prioritizes safety in all projects and is dedicated to ensuring our training program not only meets requirements but also supports the growth of our team. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and two daughters and is an avid competitor in the Dallas Dart Association.
Glenn Brooks
Splicing Manager
Glenn Brooks is our Splicing Manager with 23 years of experience in the fiber optics industry, having provisioned over 1000 miles of Fiber Optic Cable. With his extensive knowledge of terminations, fusion splicing, and OTDR testing, he leads our splicing techs and provides them with cutting-edge updates and training. Glenn’s unwavering commitment to utilizing industry standards and implementing the best practices in the field ensures that our splicing projects consistently exceed our client’s expectations. In his spare time, he enjoys playing as much golf as possible.
